Full-service projects are run by Josiah Kosier, Executive Producer and co-owner of Select Casting and Studio Awesome. He scopes the estimate, handles the talent agents, keeps the schedule and sees the mix through to delivery. He’s an engineer by background, so he knows exactly what he’s promising you.
You get his direct line. Not a ticket queue, not a rotating account manager — the same person from the estimate through to the final file.

With just one conversation and an email.
Age range, tone, read style, union or non-union. A rough description is enough — the agents will ask if they need more.
The sides the talent will read. A draft is fine if the final isn’t approved yet.
Media, term and territory — broadcast, digital, one year, USA. This is what the talent fee is based on.
What you’re posting for the usage. If you don’t know, say so and we’ll get quotes back from the agents first.
When you want to be reviewing. Same day is possible if you need it.
When the finished spot has to deliver. We work backwards from there to book the session.
You keep every decision that matters. You approve the talent, you direct the session, you sign off on the mix. We handle the chasing, the booking and the scheduling around you.

What does it cost?
It depends on how much of it you hand over, how many roles the spot has, and how long the session needs to be. Tell us what you’re making and Josiah comes back with one estimate covering the casting, the coordination and the record and mix. No subscription, no retainer — quoted per project.
The estimate doesn’t include the talent fee or the agent’s fee. Those normally go direct to the talent agency, the same as on any other booking.
If it’s easier to pay a single vendor — and for a lot of finance teams it is — we can handle that payment instead. It’s an added charge and worth raising early so it’s in the estimate rather than a surprise later. And if you don’t know what the talent fee should be in the first place, that’s the part we can find out for you.

Do I have to record with you to use full service?
Almost everyone does, because that’s where it makes the most sense — the coordination and the session are the same conversation. If you have a studio you’re committed to, tell us and we’ll talk about what still makes sense to hand over.
Do I still get to pick the talent?
Yes, always. We run the casting and hand you the auditions — a shortlist if you want one, the full playlist if you’d rather hear everything. The choice is yours; we just do the work around it.
Is it the same talent agencies?
The same 80+ voiceover talent agencies, union and non-union. Full service changes who does the work, not who submits.
Is this available for on-camera?
Not yet. Full service is voiceover only right now, because the session and the mix happen in our own studio. On-camera casting is available self-serve at $450 per project, and if you have an on-camera project you’d like help coordinating, ask — we’ll tell you honestly what we can and can’t take on.
How fast can you turn it around?
Casting is often same day, as it is on self-serve. Getting rate quotes back and scheduling the session depend on the agents and the talent’s availability. Tell us your air date and we’ll tell you honestly whether it’s possible.
